Thank you for your interest in applying to ReNigd! Here are some very basic expectations we have of our applicants, as well as things that you can expect from us as a linkshell. If you have any questions feel free to contact me(Saikido), Sukasaroth, Leeramond, or any member you see with a pearl. They can always direct you to the right person.

What is Expected From You as a Member

Attendance, Punctuality, and Priorities
This should go without saying to be honest, but it is so often a problem with endgame shells these days. You are expected to be at events when you are on the game. You are expected to be ready to equip/change jobs at a moments notice when gather times begin. On a similar note, if you know you're going to be running close to the buzzer on event times, let someone know and be ready ahead of time.

Some of you may be confused as to what prioritization has to do with attendance and punctuality. Let me explain it as simply as I can. You may sit out, even if you're 100% ready to go, you may sit out. And if we're doing multiple runs, you may get in the next one or you may not… but you should still be ready either way.

Internal and External Linkshell Relations
ReNigd is not a one pearl shell. In fact, this shell is comprised of members from several other endgame shells. With that being said we expect a little more on the etiquette scale than some other groups might. Look, at the end of the day, endgame shells boil down to business arrangements. We're all one collective entity working to achieve the same self fulfilling goal. No one is asking you to like everyone, but you suck it up and you work together because that's how the job gets done. And always remember that if you're a part of this linkshell, your actions are a reflection on all of us.



What You Can Expect from ReNigd

New Content
This is the bread and butter of any endgame shell. This linkshell has been stagnant for quite some time. So much so that several shells have spawned from it. With the rebirth of this group comes a goal. We strive to excel at whatever new content this game throws at us. And as members you can expect to see consistent wins for tougher endgame content as long as you stay committed to the same cause.

Drop Fairness
Truthfully, this is a work in progress. The whole shell is basically going through an overhaul currently. We'll be further discussing how to distribute loot to members as officers and with input from the current member base.

Entertainment!
We're a fun bunch of people when you get to know us. As with any large group cliques definitely tend to form, but break through them, I promise you if you can play your jobs right and take excessive use of foul language you'll pretty much find a place with everyone here in ReNigd.

Two more quick things to add. The first is as great as it is to have all jobs leveled to 99, it is not an asset, please do not try to use it as one in your application. Secondly, take the time to spell check your application, check the spacing, etc. Applications that look like my nephew could write them more coherently in crayon will be automatically denied.
